IF YOUR HEALTH PLAN IS NOT LISTED ABOVE: Although Ferrell Hospital accepts all insurance plans, if the health plan or network identified on your insurance ID Card is NOT listed above, it is possible we do not have a participation agreement with that particular health plan or network and we are therefore an out-of-network or non-participating provider. Be aware that when you choose to utilize the services of a non-participating provider for anything other than emergency services or services approved by your health plan in advance, your health plan will likely pay for your services at your health plan's out-of-network level of benefits which may be substantially less than your in-network level of benefits.
