The Ferrell Hospital Food and Nutrition department provides three meals a day plus snacks to patients seven days a week. They also prepare three meals for staff daily and snacks seven days a week.

The department provides inpatient and outpatient counseling concerning nutritional care and status.They also offer select menus to specified patients and select menus to children, ages 2 to 18 years.
